Kohli, Salt Dominate as RCB Crush Royals with Commanding Chase

In a dazzling display of batting, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) chased down a competitive target of 174 with ease, defeating Rajasthan Royals by nine wickets in just 17.3 overs. The opening duo of Philip Salt and Virat Kohli set the tone for the run chase with a sensational 92-run partnership.

Salt was the aggressor early on, hammering 65 off just 33 balls, including 5 fours and 6 sixes at an explosive strike rate of 196.97. His innings ended when he was caught by Yashasvi Jaiswal off Kumar Kartikeya in the 9th over. However, the momentum didn’t slow down as Kohli anchored the innings with a composed 62* off 45 balls, well-supported by Devdutt Padikkal’s brisk 40* off 28 deliveries.
