Lemon Cultivation Training Ends at Kokrajhar Science College

A two-day practical training workshop on lemon culture and entrepreneurship development was successfully held at Science College, Kokrajhar. The event was organized by the Institutional Biotech Hub with the objective of imparting practical knowledge of lemon cultivation and entrepreneurial opportunities to undergraduate and postgraduate students and aspiring entrepreneurs. The workshop, under a DBT-sponsored project, emphasized scientific approaches to cultivation, disease control, and value-added product development. Twenty-five participants learned about lemon sapling preparation, plantation techniques, commercial applications, and online marketing for lemon-based enterprises.
