LG and Samsung Refrigerators Top US Consumer Reports

LG and Samsung have secured top spots in Consumer Reports' 2025 refrigerator rankings. LG's 30-inch and 33-inch top-freezer models were selected as the "Best Refrigerators of 2025" in their respective categories, praised for excellent temperature control and energy efficiency. In the 21-28 inch category, Samsung's 28-inch model ranked first with a score of 78 points, followed closely by LG's 28-inch model with 77 points. Both brands excelled in temperature consistency and customer satisfaction surveys. This achievement underscores their dominance in the US refrigerator market, where they collectively hold nearly 50% market share. The recognition follows their success in washer and dryer categories, reinforcing their position as leaders in home appliances.
