Maharashtra Seamless Q3 Profit Plunges 32.6% Amid Industry Headwinds

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd reported a significant decline in its third-quarter profits for FY2025. The company's net profit fell by 32.6% year-on-year to Rs 186.07 crore, down from Rs 276 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also dipped slightly to Rs 1,408.11 crore, a 1.6% decrease compared to the previous year. The EBITDA margin contracted to 19.9% from 25.9% in Q3 FY2024, reflecting challenging market conditions in the steel and pipe industry. Despite the setback, Maharashtra Seamless maintains a strong market position with a 55% share in the seamless pipes segment.
