Mahindra Lifespaces Expands Bengaluru Footprint with ₹1,000 Crore North Bengaluru Land Acquisition

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has acquired an 8.2-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,000 crore. This strategic acquisition aligns with the company's expansion plans in key urban markets.The land is expected to be developed into a residential project, potentially offering around 1 million square feet of saleable area. This move follows Mahindra Lifespaces' recent acquisitions in Bengaluru, including a 9.4-acre parcel in Whitefield with a GDV of ₹1,700 crore and a 2-acre plot with a ₹225 crore GDV potential.The company aims to launch its first phase within 12-18 months, capitalizing on Bengaluru's robust real estate market and growing demand for quality housing.
