This follows as Bain Capital takes joint control of the firm, including the right to nominate important executives, such as the CEO. The existing promoter, V.P. Nandakumar, will become a non-executive chairman. Though Fitch recognizes the company's succession strategy, it indicates that the transition might take some time to implement in full.
