Mannat Makeover: SRK Makes a Quick Shift to Pali Hill Pad

Shah Rukh Khan and his family will be vacating their legendary Mumbai bungalow, Mannat, temporarily to allow for major renovations. The family will move into two duplex apartments in Pali Hill, which are 10,500 sq ft, much smaller than Mannat's 27,000 sq ft. The apartments, rented for 36 months, are in the Puja Casa building and will be their temporary home for the two-year renovation process. The rent for the apartments is ₹11.54 lakh and ₹12.61 lakh, respectively, on a monthly basis. The renovation that involves constructing two floors in the annexe necessitates court approval because Mannat has Grade III heritage status. Khan family's temporary residence is located only 3 km away from Mannat, making the daily commute easy.
