As per the SEBI Regulation 30 disclosure, the contract is a domestic order with a total value of Rs 5.25 crore (excluding GST) and a tenure of 48 months. The work is split into a 6 month development phase, 24 month construction period and 18 month O&M monitoring window. The company has clarified that there is no promoter/group interest and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings, underscoring an arm’s length award.
