Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Extends Biju George's Term as CMD by One Month

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has announced the extension of Biju George's term as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for an additional month. This decision, approved by the Ministry of Defence, ensures continuity in leadership as the company awaits the appointment of a regular incumbent for the position.
Biju George, who also serves as the Director (Shipbuilding), has been instrumental in overseeing key projects and maintaining operational excellence at Mazagon Dock, India's premier warship and submarine building yard. The extension is effective from March 1, 2025, or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
This move underscores the company's commitment to seamless leadership transitions while continuing its focus on delivering high-quality naval and defense solutions.
