Muthoot FinCorp Launches ₹400 Crore NCD Issue for Subscription

Muthoot FinCorp has officially opened its subscription window for a ₹400 crore non-convertible debenture (NCD) issue, effective from February 4 to February 17, 2025. This offering includes a base size of ₹100 crore and an option to raise an additional ₹300 crore. The NCDs, rated "CRISIL AA-/Stable," offer attractive yields ranging from 9.38% to 10.10% per annum across various tenures of 18 to 72 months. Funds raised will support lending, refinancing existing debts, and general corporate activities. Investors can subscribe through Muthoot FinCorp's extensive branch network or digital platforms.
