National committee to be constituted to promote natural farming: Chouhan

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan revealed the setting up of a committee at the national level to help develop natural farming throughout India. The committee would concentrate on increasing awareness and offering training to farmers about the use of natural farming methods. Chouhan added that adopting natural farming in the right manner will enhance the income of farmers as well as retain soil fertility. He announced this while visiting natural farming projects at Kaithala village, Kurukshetra district.           Source: Times Of India
