NCLT Clears Antony Waste-Ag Enviro Merger: A Major Leap for Waste Management Sector

Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited announced today that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has passed its final order approving the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited with Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited. The order was issued following a hybrid hearing on December 18, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion plans. This merger is set to streamline operations, optimize resources, and enhance Antony Waste’s ability to secure large-scale municipal contracts.
