After a prolonged wait, Accenture has delivered a much-anticipated boost to its workforce, announcing salary hikes ranging from 3% to 13% for employees at the Associate Manager (Level 8) tier and above. This marks the company’s first increment in over two years, arriving as part of its June performance review cycle and coinciding with a major global promotion drive.

Promotions Galore: Nearly 50,000 Accenture employees worldwide will be promoted this June, with India accounting for the largest share—15,000 staffers set to move up the ranks. Over 43,000 Indian employees are expected to be promoted through FY25, reflecting the country’s central role in Accenture’s growth strategy.
