Adani Power Ltd. has announced a 12% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit for the third quarter of FY25, reaching ₹3,057.21 crore. The company's revenue from operations increased by 5% to ₹13,671.18 crore during the same period. In a strategic move to bolster its financial position, the board has approved raising up to ₹5,000 crore through equity issuance and has enhanced the limit for non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to ₹11,000 crore. These initiatives aim to support the company's expansion plans and strengthen its capital structure.
