Online participants write down their experiences and track their progress, feeding the researchers a multitude of real-world data. The early findings suggest physical flexibility, stress relief, and shades of general well-being. Besides focusing on the general effects yoga has on physical health, this challenge studies the areas concerning mental health, sleeping quality, and chronic pain management. Involving thousands whose data will go into this huge study, this work could provide a comprehensive picture of yoga's effects across a multitude of distinct populations.
