Vodafone Idea: The Supreme Court rejected the fresh petition by Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, and others regarding adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues, calling the plea "misconceived".
HCLTech: Appointed Kiran Cherukuri as the Global Capability Center Practice Leader.
Ashok Leyland: May consider a proposal for issuing bonus shares during its board meeting on May 23.
Shyam Metalics & Energy: Entered the wagon manufacturing sector with a greenfield facility in Kharagpur, West Bengal. The facility, developed under subsidiary Ramsarup Industries, will produce 4,800 wagons annually in two phases, starting operations by March 2026.
