Dixon Technologies (India) has posted a blockbuster quarter for the March 2025 quarter, flooring the market with all-time high revenue and multi-fold surge in profits, while showering shareholders with a strong dividend.
 
Key Highlights:
  • Profit Skyrockets: Consolidated net profit for Q4 reached ₹401 crore, a breathtaking 321% year-on-year increase from ₹95 crore. While partly fuelled by a one-time exceptional gain due to the sale of the AIL Dixon JV stake worth ₹250.37 crore in the bottom line, it also reflected increased profitability.
  • Revenue Doubles: Operating revenue jumped 121% YoY to ₹10,292 crore, highlighting Dixon's quick growth in the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) business and excellent execution on product lines.
  • Dividend Delight: The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹8 per share in FY25, subject to the approval of shareholders, reflecting the company's resolve to reward shareholders during spectacular growth.
  • Operational Strength: Operating EBITDA during the quarter increased 128% to ₹454 crore, with margins also widening to 4.3%. In the full year, EBITDA at ₹1,528 crore (112% increase), and total revenue reached ₹38,880 crore—a 119% spike versus the previous year.
  • Stock Performance: Dixon shares closed unchanged at ₹16,566.90 following a wild session, showing investors' optimism moderated by the exceptional gain being a one-off.
  • Market Leadership: With 23 manufacturing units and the leadership position in India's EMS market, Dixon continues to win over top customers and grow in high-growth areas such as mobile phones and consumer electronics.
