Baazar Style Retail Ltd announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 2025, with robust revenue growth but net loss for the quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations for the group surged to ₹3.45 billion, a massive 55% year-on-year growth. The robust growth was led by an advance festive season in March, which recorded high consumer demand and sales at its retail outlets.

Despite the phenomenal top-line growth, Baazar Style Retail reported a consolidated after-tax loss of ₹63.9 million for the quarter. The company credited higher finance costs and elevated operation expenses as key drivers of profitability. The management is positive on the future, citing ongoing expansion activities and operational efficiency enhancement efforts as key positives.

Going forward, Baazar Style Retail's management reasserted their goal to be debt-free in the near term, namely within two to three years with a view to strengthening the balance sheet of the company and achieving maximum shareholder value. The company is committed to investing in building its retail scale and reaping festive demand cycles to generate incremental growth.
