Bengaluru Buzz: Prudential Unveils Global Services Hub

Prudential plc has opened its global services hub, Prudential Services India, in Bengaluru, India. The strategic step reflects Prudential's focus on digital transformation and the Indian region. The hub will specialize in technology and operations expertise to enable Asia and Africa operations. It will grow to house more than 400 professionals with expertise in data, AI, and cybersecurity across the next three years. The hub will fuel customer and agent experiences by creating digital platforms such as PRUServices and PRUForce. This investment is likely to create many job opportunities and help Karnataka's booming tech ecosystem.
