Concord Control Systems Ltd. has announced its big strategy, sanctioning the issue of 3,18,472 equity shares on preferential terms to leading non-promoter investors. The ₹50 crore preferential fundraising deal, with share price at ₹1,570 per share (on a premium of ₹1,560), is designed to considerably boost the company's capital base and market position.

(76,433 shares, 1.21% stake). Together, they will own a 5.05% stake after issue.
