As India’s skies get busier than ever—with over 236 million annual passengers and a fleet that’s doubled to 800+ aircraft—SpiceJet flight attendants are seeing steady income growth in 2025. According to a report by Aviation A2Z and AmbitionBox, salaries ranged from ₹2.4 lakh to ₹10 lakh per year, depending on experience, performance, and route assignments.

Entry-level crew earned between ₹25,000–₹40,000/month, inclusive of travel, housing, and meal allowances. Mid-level attendants typically made ₹40,000–₹55,000/month, while senior crew with around 10 years of experience earned up to ₹10 lakh annually. Top performers reportedly crossed ₹9.8 lakh/year, boosted by international flight stipends and bonuses.

The report also highlighted that India has now overtaken the UK and Spain to become the world’s third-largest aviation market, making cabin crew roles increasingly attractive for young professionals seeking travel, stability, and career growth.
