Cognizant has officially commenced the construction of its ambitious new campus in Visakhapatnam, marking a transformative milestone for Andhra Pradesh’s IT sector. The ₹1,583 crore project, set across 22 acres in Kapuluppada IT Hills, will be developed in three phases, with the first phase expected to be completed by early 2029, accommodating 3,000 employees. The subsequent phases will ramp up the campus’s capacity to 8,000, making it one of the largest IT hubs in the region.
