CricWin, prize contest website, has partnered with Smile Foundation in a bid to raise significant funds for underprivileged children, youth, and women across India. The new partnership combines the thrill of cricket with philanthropy by inviting fans to engage in prize draws to win dream houses, motorbikes, and luxury cars, thus directly supporting Smile Foundation's education, health, and livelihood initiatives.
The startup, which starts up this May, allows cricket lovers to turn a passion into an impact-a contribution or activity fuels millions of their work across 28 states under Smile Foundation's umbrella. As many as over 100,000 weekly users, CricWin developers draw attention to that as a new benchmark for digital-age giving intermingling play and philanthropy.
Smile Foundation's Puneet Bali terms the partnership as a "meaningful" step to touch more lives, as the NGO still touches 2 million children and families annually.
