The picturesque Tapovan Vidhan Sabha Complex of Dharamshala buzzes with activity as it gets ready to host the elite Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Zone-II Annual Conference on June 30 and July 1. Lok Sabha Speaker and CPA India Chairman Om Birla will officially open the conference, an inaugural one as the conference arrives in Dharamshala.
