In a stock-exchange filing dated December 3, 2025, Desco Infratech announced a Letter of Intent from Avantika Gas Limited worth around ₹9.93 crore and a Letter of Award from BPCL valued at about ₹1.45 crore. Both orders are domestic contracts to be executed as per individual agreement terms, with no related-party element involved.
