The deal was formalized through one of Dharan’s designated subsidiaries and covers engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for a large-scale infrastructure project at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.
	
	The scope of work includes supply, installation, and commissioning of critical components, with nearly 80% of the contract value attributed to international procurement of plant and machinery. This development aligns with Dharan’s strategic expansion into renewable infrastructure and industrial EPC services.
