LOI from Adani Green boosts order book
Diacabs has notified the stock exchanges that it has received a Letter of Intent from Adani Green Energy Limited for a large power cable supply package. The scope covers supply of 33kV HV cables over 2,126 km and 3.3kV solar MV cables over 3,539 km for Khavda and Rajasthan renewable energy projects, on a “km-rate basis with PV formulae”. This enhances Diacabs’ positioning in India’s fast-growing green energy transmission value chain.
The work, classified as a domestic order, is scheduled to be executed between January 2026 and December 2026. The total order size stands at ₹747,64,01,400, excluding taxes. The company has clarified that none of its promoters or group entities have any interest in Adani Green, and that the contract does not fall under related party transactions, implying an arm’s-length award.
