Nibe secures possession of large Shirdi industrial plot for expansion

Nibe Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has taken possession of Plot No. A-1/2 admeasuring 3,14,357 sq ft at Shirdi Industrial Area, Rahata, in Ahmednagar district, allotted by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).​

The land, allotted via MIDC’s letter dated 10 February 2025, will be used for upcoming industrial and manufacturing activities, enabling Nibe to scale operations and tap new business opportunities.
