DreamFolks Services Ltd. has vehemently denied reports of clients deserting the firm following recent disruptions to airport lounge access, with all contractual terms still intact, it said. The assurance comes following media speculations that big banks like ICICI and Axis, and Mastercard, are eyeing direct arrangements with lounge operators, bypassing DreamFolks following a September 2024 service disruption that hit thousands of travelers.
 
In a media release, DreamFolks reaffirmed its continued emphasis on delivery of service and explained that the company is working closely with partners to resolve any operational issues. The company also reaffirmed continued expansion in new sectors like golf, railway, and highway lounges as part of its diversification efforts3.
