Bollywood director and producer Rakesh Roshan, known for films like Karan Arjun and Krrish, has finalized a significant real estate transaction in Pune. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Roshan sold a 1.09-hectare plot located in Lohegaon, Haveli taluka, to CP Lands LLP for Rs 15 crore.  

The deed of conveyance was registered on December 26, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore paid on the deal. This sale adds to the Roshan family’s recent property activity, which has included both investments and divestments in prime locations.
