Vesuvius India Limited, a leading refractory solutions manufacturer and supplier, today announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art factory in Visakhapatnam. This strategic expansion is a milestone in the company's drive to further increase its presence in India's rapidly growing steel and metals industry.

 

The new complex, equipped with the most modern alumina-silica (AlSi) and basic monolithic production lines, will manufacture high-quality refractory products needed in iron and steel production. The Visakhapatnam facility, with another 250,000 tons per annum capacity, will further enhance Vesuvius India's capacity to supply local and export markets.

 

The plant has state-of-the-art waste reduction and energy saving technologies, which demonstrate Vesuvius India's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
