GP Eco Solutions India Ltd, a leading solar energy solutions provider, has announced the receipt of a ₹375.1 million engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for a ground-mounted, grid-connected solar power plant in Punjab. The order was awarded by Welkin Renewable India, and the project will be executed under the Open Access Captive Metering Arrangement.
The solar plant will have a cumulative capacity of 24 MWac / 31.67 MWdc, with commissioning targeted by March 31, 2026. GP Eco Solutions will be responsible for end-to-end EPC services, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and final handover. The company clarified that the transaction does not involve any related parties.
This contract adds to GP Eco’s growing portfolio in North India, where it serves as an authorized distributor for Sungrow India Pvt Ltd, Saatvik Green Energy, and LONGi Solar Tech.
