Grand Continent Hotels Ltd (GCH), a fastgrowing midscale hospitality brand, has signed a nineyear lease agreement to operate a fullservice hotel in the heart of Chennai’s bustling T. Nagar district. The move marks another milestone in the company’s assetlight expansion strategy.

The lease agreement was signed with SPN Hotels Pvt Ltd for a property located at Door No. 17, Old No. 38, Thirumalai Pillai Road, T. Nagar, Chennai.

The hotel will operate under the Grand Continent brand and is expected to go live between June 16 and July 15, 2025.

The property features 72 rooms, a restaurant, a restobar, a pub, spa, three banquet halls, a swimming pool, gym, bakery, and ample car parking.
