	During his two-day visit to Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a series of transformative projects on October 30, 2025, in Ekta Nagar, Kevadia. The event began with the flagging off of 25 electric buses, reinforcing India’s commitment to clean transportation. This was followed by the launch and foundation stone-laying of development initiatives totaling ₹1,140 crore.
	
	The projects span eco-tourism, civic infrastructure, and tribal upliftment, all centered around the Statue of Unity region. PM Modi’s visit also coincides with the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, marked by Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations. On October 31, he will pay tribute at the Statue of Unity and interact with civil service trainees at Aarambh 7.0.
