1. Major Project Launches and Investments

2. Dahod: Locomotive Manufacturing Hub

Commissioning of a high-end electric locomotive manufacturing facility in Dahod with production of 9,000 HP locomotives for domestic consumption and export.

The new locomotives incorporate regenerative braking systems with higher energy efficiency and sustainability.

PM Modi will inaugurate the first electric locomotive from the Dahod plant and multiple rail projects costing approximately ₹24,000 crore.
3. Bhuj: Infrastructure, Ports, and Power Boost
Inauguration of 33 development projects in Bhuj with an investment of over ₹53,400 crore.
Key projects are:

Transmission projects to evacuate renewable power from the Khavda Renewable Energy Park.

Upgradation of transmission networks and commissioning of an ultra-supercritical thermal power plant at Tapi.

4. Gandhinagar: Urban Development and Clean Air Initiatives

Ushering in 20 years of Gujarat Urban Growth Story, PM Modi to inaugurate Urban Development Year 2025 and State Clean Air Programme.

Inauguration and ground-breaking ceremonies for urban development, health, and drinking water supply schemes.

More than 22,000 new housing units under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) to be handed over to beneficiaries.
