Hospitality giant Hilton has announced aggressive plans to double its presence in India within the next five years, launching new luxury and mid-market brands to service the country's booming tourism industry. The group plans to boost its portfolio tenfold, reaffirming its commitment to India's hospitality sector.
Expansion Strategy & Market Growth
Hilton is going to open 29 new hotels in India targeting luxury and premium economy segments.
The company will add its first LXR Hotels & Resorts property in Bengaluru by 2026 and Signia by Hilton in Jaipur by 2028.
Luxury & Mid-Market Brand Introductions
Hilton is going to open Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands in Jaipur by 2027 for further bolstering its high-end presence.
The company will also grow DoubleTree by Hilton, with new hotels in Kochi, Chandigarh, and Bhopal.
Strategic Partnerships & Licensing Agreements
Hilton has entered into agreements to launch 150 Spark by Hilton hotels and 75 Hampton by Hilton hotels in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Bihar.
