Hosted by Bengaluru Branch of SIRC, the summit offers 12 CPE hours with keynotes on multi-service GCCs, analytics acceleration, and crafting global talent blueprints. It builds on prior events in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Pune, reinforcing India's 1,800+ GCCs employing 1.9 million professionals.
