In the Light of Lummer: Ramchandra Chutia and Dr Ashok Kumar Pandey Bag Luminous Lummer Dai Literary Honors

The prestigious Luminous Lummer Dai Literary Award 2025 has been jointly awarded on renowned authors Ramchandra Chutia and Dr. Ashok Kumar Pandey for their outstanding contribution to contemporary literature. The award ceremony on June 10 will take place in Guwahati, celebrating their path-breaking works that are symbol of rich cultural narratives and social causes.

 

Ramchandra Chutia, celebrated for his vivifying narration based on Assamese tradition, has been appreciated for bringing indigenous voices to life through his novels and poetry.
