Unified Data-Tech Solutions from Mumbai is ready to list the second largest SME IPO of 2025 on May 22, with public subscription. The IT solutions company is looking to raise ₹144.47 crore by issuing 52.92 lakh shares at a price band of ₹260–₹273 per equity share. The IPO comes after the success of CapitalNumbers Infotech, making it an important event this year in the SME market.

IPO Details: The public issue will remain open from May 22 to May 26, and the anchor book for institutional investors will open a day prior on May 21. The allotment date will be May 27, and listing is expected to start on the BSE SME platform from May 29.
Offer for Sale: The IPO is a pure offer-for-sale by promoter Hiren Rajendra Mehta, i.e., all proceeds will come to the selling shareholder and not the company.
Company Profile: Unified Data-Tech Solutions was incorporated in 2010 and is engaged in IT infrastructure, virtualization, data protection, networking, cybersecurity, and secure application delivery. Its customer base includes banking, finance, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and IT-enabled services, with more than 1,000 customers and a robust supplier network.
Financial Performance: The financial performance of the company showed impressive growth, with revenue increasing from ₹112.81 crore in 2023 to ₹266.80 crore in 2024 and net profit increasing from ₹10.40 crore to ₹25.13 crore within the same timeframe.
Application Details: The minimum lot size is 400 shares, which needs a minimum investment of ₹1,09,200 for retail investors.
