Jio Ups the Game: 84 Days of Unlimited 5G and OTT Content for Rs 949

Reliance Jio has introduced a new Rs 949 prepaid plan offering a complimentary 3-month JioHotstar Mobile subscription. The plan provides 2GB daily high-speed data, unlimited 5G data, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS per day for 84 days. JioHotstar, a result of the merger between JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar, allows users to stream content on one mobile device at 720p resolution. This ad-supported subscription, valued at Rs 149, gives access to live sports, movies, and Disney+ originals. The plan aims to attract entertainment enthusiasts by bundling telecom services with OTT content, including exclusive streaming rights for IPL 2025.
