Konkan and Goa Bracing for a Dry Spell in the Next 24 Hours

Konkan and Goa inhabitants and visitors can expect dry weather over the next 24 hours, say forecasters. There is no significant rain in the offing for the region, and the skies will be clear for the most part, though with high humidity. Day temperatures will go up, as much as 36–37°C, and it will feel even hotter due to high humidity. Night temperatures will be warm at 25–27°C.

 

While the rest of Maharashtra can expect thunderstorms and scattered showers, Konkan and Goa will have stable, dry weather-perfect for outdoor activities but with a word of caution since the heat is intense and the UV index strong. Keep hydrated and out of the direct sun during the peak afternoon hours.
