Badminton star PV Sindhu shared a simple way to boost protein intake during regular meals. The champion sports person recommends substituting the serving portion of rice with high protein foods such as dal, paneer, greens, or chicken. Sindhu stresses that protein plans be tailored according to body types and activity levels. She advises distributing protein consumption over meals, consuming 20 to 40 grams per serving. If people are unable to get their protein from food, Sindhu advises the use of whey protein supplements. The Olympian also clears the air on the common myth that high protein consumption makes one bulky, saying it tends to increase lean muscle mass and help control weight.
