Luxury hospitality giant Leela Hotels, operated by Schloss Bangalore, is set to make a splash on Dalal Street with its ₹3,500-crore IPO opening for subscription on May 26. In a strong vote of investor confidence, Schloss Bangalore has already mobilised ₹1,575 crore through its anchor book, attracting marquee institutional investors a day before the public issue.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,000 crore. The price band is set at ₹413–₹435 per share, with a minimum lot size of 34 shares for retail investors, translating to an entry point of ₹14,042 at the lower end. The three-day bidding window closes on May 28, and the share allotment is expected to be finalised by May 29, with a tentative listing on June 2.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used primarily for debt repayment and general corporate purposes, further strengthening Leela’s financial position as it expands its luxury portfolio across India.
