Marico Reappoints Saugata Gupta as MD & CEO for Two More Years

FMCG giant Marico Ltd has formally reappointed its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) Saugata Gupta for a two-year period, effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors gave the approval for the same, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. A detailed analysis is as follows:

  • Gupta joined Marico in 2004, first as Head of Marketing and later as CEO of India Business in 2007.
