Key Corporate Developments and Updates: 

 

 Tata Technologies: TGP Rise Climate plans to sell 1.59 crore shares (3.9% stake) in the company via block deals, according to CNBC-TV18 sources.

 IndusInd Bank: Arun Khurana has resigned as Whole-time Director & Deputy CEO, effective April 28.

 CESC: CESC has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with subsidiary Bhojraj Renewables Energy for a 300 MW wind-solar hybrid project at Rs 3.81/kWh, pending West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission approval.

 Wipro: Wipro has been selected by Europe-based Vorwerk to manage and transform its IT infrastructure over a five-year period, leveraging AI-powered solutions for large-scale enterprise transformation.

 Kirloskar Electric Company: Meena Kirloskar, Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, has been appointed Vice Chairperson with immediate effect.

 Landmark Cars: The company has sold its Jeep Punjab business (two showrooms, one workshop) and has fully exited Punjab, aligning with its strategy to consolidate operations and rationalize costs.

 Aurobindo Pharma: A fire at the coal crusher area of the Penicillin-G facility in Kakinada SEZ caused damage to ancillary equipment but not to core manufacturing. 

- No injuries reported; operations will pause for 20–25 days. 

- The facility is fully insured, and financial impact is expected to be minimal.

 Gensol Engineering: The Directorate of Enforcement conducted a search and seizure at Gensol’s Ahmedabad and Gurgaon offices under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. Documents and electronic devices were seized; the financial impact is currently uncertain.
