NDR InvIT Trust, India’s first perpetual Warehousing and Industrial Park InvIT listed on the NSE, has completed the acquisition of MLG Warehousing & Industrial Park Pvt Ltd in Lucknow for Rs 143.9 crore. The move marks the company’s entry into Lucknow’s expanding logistics and warehousing market, further strengthening its footprint across North India.

The Grade-A warehousing facility spans approximately 4.63 lakh sq. ft. of leasable area, spread across nearly 21 acres in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow.

Located along NH 30 (Lucknow–Raebareli Road), the property offers excellent highway connectivity and access to nearby consumption and industrial hubs.

The facility is currently 98% leased to major clients from FMCD, third-party logistics (3PL), retail, and paint sectors.

The addition of this asset further diversifies NDR InvIT’s national portfolio, which already comprises over 67 warehouses and 37 industrial parks across 15 Indian cities.
According to N Amrutesh Reddy, Director at NDR InvIT, the acquisition reinforces the company’s mission to build a national logistics network that supports India’s consumption and supply chain growth. He noted that Lucknow’s location as a key North Indian consumption and distribution hub makes it a strategic addition to their portfolio.
