In a shocking twist for the highly awaited sequel of the romantic blockbuster Sanam Teri Kasam, Bollywood actor Harshvardhan Rane has gone on record to declare that he would not act in Sanam Teri Kasam 2 if Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane continues to be included in the cast. This revelation comes in the wake of increasing tensions between India and Pakistan due to recent cross-border skirmishes and military action.

Harshvardhan Rane, who played the lead in the first 2016 film with Mawra Hocane, posted on Instagram that he would not be coming back for the sequel if the producers kept the same cast. He mentioned recent comments made by Mawra Hocane regarding India as the main reason behind his decision.
