Persistent Systems Ltd has confirmed that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai has granted final approval for the merger of CAPIOT Software into Persistent Systems. This merger is an important step forward in Persistent's plans to enhance enterprise integration capabilities and expand service offerings.
CAPIOT Software, an expert in enterprise modernization/integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Red Hat, and TIBCO, will now be completely integrated into Persistent. This merger should enhance Persistent's ability to deliver API-led integrations, managed services, and advisory solutions based on evolving business needs.
