Suratwwala Business Group Ltd. has received environmental clearance from the Maharashtra State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for its proposed new project Californiaa West. The clearance on July 15, 2025, is a significant milestone for the gated community project to be built near Pirangut in Mulshi Taluka, Pune.
