Pune Airport has launched its Winter Schedule 2025, enhancing connectivity with 34 domestic destinations and two new international routes—Bangkok and Dubai. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has officially rolled out the Winter Schedule 2025 for Pune Airport, effective from October 26, 2025. This strategic expansion includes new international routes and a robust domestic flight network, reinforcing Pune’s growing importance in India’s aviation landscape.
Key Highlights from the Winter Schedule:
New International Destinations
Pune will now be directly connected to Bangkok and Dubai, marking a significant leap in global connectivity.
Air India Express will operate daily flights to Bangkok, while IndiGo will fly on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
For Dubai, SpiceJet and IndiGo will each operate daily flights, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
Expanded Domestic Network
The airport will serve 34 domestic destinations, including major metros and tier-2 cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Goa, Kochi, and Varanasi.
This expansion strengthens Pune’s role as a regional aviation hub in western India.
Operational Capacity and Infrastructure
Flight operations have shifted to a new integrated terminal with an annual capacity of 90 lakh passengers, while the old terminal undergoes redevelopment.
The terminal upgrade supports increased passenger flow and improved amenities.
Flight Volume and Slots
A total of 208 flight slots have been approved under the new schedule, ensuring frequent and flexible travel options.
Cargo and Economic Impact
Pune Airport has also reported a rise in air cargo throughput for FY 2025–26, signaling broader economic growth and logistical efficiency.
This winter schedule not only enhances Pune’s domestic and international accessibility, but also reflects the city’s emerging status as a business and tourism gateway.
